MONDAYS WITH THRIVING
Connecting involves rich discussions with our person, but sometimes it's difficult to pinpoint the topic. Join us for Facebook Live, each Monday at 7pm MST, and we'll provide a talking point for the week. After all, honest conversation between partners is the only way to move toward a more fulfilling relationship! Come and join the discussion!
If you struggle with connection and loneliness, communication, passion, or trust in your relationship, know that you are not alone. We not only hear these frustrations from the couples we work with, but we have experienced them in our own relationships.
Creating a relationship that provides good communication, excitement, stability, growth, and security is often times much harder than we expected -- falling in love is the easy part. Committed relationships are difficult, because we are always growing as individuals. We transition through different phases, and encounter stressors that may lead to disconnection.
No matter what stage your relationship is in, time and attention are the secrets to thriving. When we want a better body, we exercise and watch what we eat. When we play a sport, we spend hours practicing. So, why do we expect our relationship to improve without putting forth similar effort?
We look forward to working with you!
